Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted only within 3 days of delivery.

  1. Manufacturing defect → Replacement (or refund if out of stock)
  
  2. Incorrect item delivered → Replacement
  

• You must provide a continuous uncut unpacking video clearly showing the issue. Requests without video proof will not be accepted.
