At Padmavathi Silks and Sarees, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. We value every order and aim to ensure complete transparency regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Please review your cart carefully before completing the purchase.

Cancellations by Padmavathi Silks and Sarees
In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to:

  • Product Unavailability – The product is out of stock or discontinued.

  • Payment Issues – Payment failure or verification error.

  • Fraud Prevention – Orders flagged for suspected fraud or misuse.

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified immediately, and any pre-paid amount will be refunded within 5 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care in checking every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Returns are accepted only within 3 days of delivery.

  • Returns/exchanges are applicable only in the following cases:

Reason for Return Resolution
Manufacturing defect Replacement (or refund if out of stock)
Incorrect item delivered Replacement

Mandatory Condition

You must provide a continuous uncut unpacking video clearly showing the issue.
Requests without a proper unpacking video will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

WhatsApp us at +91 98863 84489 with your order details, reason for return, and unpacking video.

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup of the damaged/incorrect product.

  • The product must be in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and folds intact.

  • In areas where pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product to us. Verified shipping charges will be reimbursed.

Refund Timeline

If your return is approved for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Color Disclaimer

Slight color variations (up to 10%) due to lighting, camera settings, or screen resolution are not considered defects.

Important Notes

Padmavathi Silks and Sarees will not be responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper washing or ironing

  • Overuse or rough handling

  • Exposure to rain, stains, or accidental damage

Please follow our Wash & Care Instructions carefully to maintain the longevity of your sarees.

International Orders

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
