  • The term "Padmavathi Silks and Sarees," "we," "our," or "us" refers to the brand and its owners.

  • The term "you" or "customer" refers to anyone browsing, using, or purchasing from our store.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing

  • We specialize in Mysore silk semi-crepe sarees, georgette, Dola silk, raw silk blouses, velvet blouses, satin blouses, and more – only sarees.

  • Prices are listed in INR and may vary for online and offline purchases (online ₹500–₹3000 | offline ₹1000+).

  • We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and prices, but errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders) or confirmation of COD.

  • We accept secure payments through trusted payment gateways.

  • Padmavathi Silks and Sarees reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

    • Product unavailability

    • Pricing errors

    • Suspected fraudulent transactions

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India via Delhivery, our trusted logistics partner.

  • Shipping charges are weight-based, starting at ₹70 for 1kg (see full chart on our Shipping Policy page).

  • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 days within Bangalore | 4-5 days for other cities.

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products and must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • A continuous uncut unpacking video is mandatory as proof.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days once the returned product is received and verified.

6. Color & Product Disclaimer

  • Slight color variations (up to 10%) may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These are not considered defects.

  • Minor weaving irregularities are part of the handloom process and add to the uniqueness of each saree.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website and social media – including product images, descriptions, logos, and designs – are the property of Padmavathi Silks and Sarees.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services once the product has been dispatched.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by improper washing, ironing, or handling of products after delivery.

9. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy, which you can review.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
