At Padmavathi Silks and Sarees, we work hard to make sure your favorite sarees reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Partner

We have partnered with Delhivery – one of India’s most trusted logistics providers – to ensure reliable and timely deliveries across the country.

2. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are weight-based and calculated at checkout.

💡 Tip: One saree usually weighs about 1 kg, so you can calculate shipping based on how many you order.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Bangalore: 2–3 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–5 business days

We do our best to ship your order within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, festive rush, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email so you can track your package in real time.

5. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. For international shipping, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing an order.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during transit or lost, contact us immediately at +91 98863 84489. We will coordinate with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.

7. Important Notes

  • Delivery delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, courier issues, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

  • Please provide accurate address and contact details to avoid failed deliveries or additional re-shipping charges.
